To know the progress of the investigation into the sensational murder case of journalist couple Sagor Sarowar and Meherun Runi, the High Court has summoned the head of the high-level task force committee. He has been asked to appear before the court with necessary documents on April 27 next year. On the same day, IT expert Tanvir Zoha has also been asked to be present in court.
At the same time, the court has granted the high-level task force committee another six months to submit the investigation report of this murder case. On Tuesday (October 27), the High Court bench comprising Justice Shikder Mahmudur Razi and Justice Fatema Anwar passed this order.
